Operational workflows for multi-unit teams

Operations that repeat. Evidence that doesn't get lost.

Rimas is a whitelabel platform that lets multi-unit networks define an operational workflow once and run it across every unit, with automatic photo, geo, and signature evidence, role-based approval, and an immutable audit log.

The problem we solve

Running at scale on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and notebooks means you have no proof the operation happened — and you find out late when it fails.

  • 01Nobody knows whether the fridge temperatures were actually checked this morning.
  • 02The photo that would prove the bathroom was cleaned doesn't exist.
  • 03A delay gets discovered at the end of the week, not in the minute it happened.

How it works

Four steps from a recurring problem to a sealed audit log.

  1. 01

    Define the workflow

Start from a sector template or build your own. Versioned templates, nested categories, RRULE scheduling.

  2. 02

    Assign and schedule

Pick the team, the recurrence, and the approver. The right people see the right run at the right time.

  3. 03

    Run on mobile with evidence

The executor captures photo, number, geolocation, and timestamp automatically. Offline-first; syncs when the network comes back.

  4. 04

    Approve and seal

The approver reviews per item, per category, or per full workflow. Immutable audit log, exportable.

Why teams choose Rimas

Five pillars. Nothing more, nothing less.

Workflows, not checklists

Define the process once, execute everywhere.

Versioned templates, category hierarchies, and RRULE scheduling. A change at the head office reaches every unit on the next run.

Verifiable evidence

Every answer carries proof.

Photo, number, geolocation, and timestamp captured automatically. EXIF preserved. Digital signatures hash the captured content. Ready for health inspections and external audits.

Configurable approval

Approval that matches your org.

Approve per item, per category, or per whole workflow. Single approver, quorum (2 of 3), or sequential. Block on critical items.

Offline-first

Works in the kitchen, the warehouse, the outdoor area.

Captures and progresses without signal. Syncs when the network returns. Field-level conflict resolution — no overwritten runs.

Real whitelabel

Your name, your color, your domain.

Each customer ships with their own brand, palette, and subdomain (network-x.rimas.app). The team opens the app and sees the house, not Rimas.

Whitelabel by default

Your brand, your domain, your color — the team doesn't see Rimas, they see you.

The same product becomes three distinct brands. Configuration, not custom builds.

Anchor story

Casa Olívia — bistro in Vila Madalena, 50 seats, 12 people, second unit opening.

Bruno, the owner, was hit with a health-inspection notice for inconsistent fridge temperatures. He wanted three things: someone to actually check every morning, geolocated photo evidence that it happened, and an alert in minutes — not days — when anything fell out of range.

On Rimas, Bruno designs (or imports) the Kitchen Opening workflow, marks Temperatures as a blocking category, schedules it daily at 7 a.m., and assigns Renata as approver. Each morning the chef Ana runs it on her phone, captures the thermometer photo, marks a non-conformity when readings fall out of range, signs and submits. Renata approves (or requests a fix) in seconds. Everything lives in the audit log, exportable.

Compliance and audit

Built for inspection.

Immutable audit log

Every run, item answer, photo, signature, and approval is appended to an audit log that cannot be edited after the fact.

Original EXIF preserved

Photos keep their original camera and timestamp metadata. No silent strip, no re-encoding that breaks chain of custody.

Hash-signed responses

Digital signatures bind the signer to the exact content captured. Tampered content fails signature verification.

Workspace retention policy

Each workspace configures retention windows — long enough for audit, short enough for LGPD / GDPR compliance.
